Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
We offer free shipping worldwide which will take around 15-25 days for all orders. There may also be a standard shipping option available for some products for an extra fee which arrives within 15 days for US orders, and 20 days for international orders (if available for your item, you will be presented with this standard shipping option at checkout).
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Depending on your chosen shipping method, your location, and our stock availability, your shipping time may vary from between 5-25 days.  Please be aware that international shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control. To ensure efficient handling of your international order, please be sure to include a local telephone number and email where you can be reached.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do. Our wide network of international suppliers as well as our strategically located warehouses means we are able to ship worldwide. We currently don't ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. We ship internationally to all other countries!

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

The system will then automatically convert your order value into cryptocurrency coin amounts. HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Once an order is submitted through our website, it is usually not possible to make changes to the order. We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, which makes these types of changes very difficult. You can always contact us to request a change to your order, and we will try catch it before it ships.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing the tracking number along with the courier information for your package. Enter the tracking number on our "Track Your Order" page for live updates. If you have registered for an account with us, you may also log in to find the tracking number and tracking button listed next to your order. We offer tracking updates via email or SMS which can be activated on your order confirmation page. Orders may be delivered via the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, some orders will be delivered by your local post office, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are unable to receive the package upon arrival, a notice may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
