Orders are processed and prepared to be shipped within 2-5 business days. All orders are tracked and we will send you an email with your tracking number once your package is prepared and ready to ship. Please be aware that the tracking link sometimes becomes active after a day or two.

We currently don't ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. We do ship internationally to almost all other countries!

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing the tracking number along with the courier information for your package. Orders may be delivered via the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, some orders will be delivered by your local post office, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are unable to receive the package upon arrival, a notice may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

*In the event that any package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or the unavailability of a person to receive such package, there may be a re-shipping charge.
CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES
