SHIPPING TIMES
If you are based in the US, you can select the "SHIPS FROM United States" option on any product. This will save you shipping costs and times as we will use a domestic courier from one of our US warehouses. If you are from another country and you see your country listed, please select that option for faster shipping. Otherwise, please select "SHIPS FROM Worldwide" for international shipping if you do not see your country listed.

Shipping times vary depending on the courier used and shipping location, but average times are as follows:

Some products can also be shipped to the US within 5-15 days for an extra fee, and internationally within 10-20 days for an extra fee - you will be offered this option at Checkout if it is available. Depending on stock availability and your location, we aim to ship as soon as possible after your payment has cleared.

To ensure speedy delivery, please make sure your payment and delivery information are complete and correct.

Please be aware that international shipping times are not guaranteed. Customs clearance can significantly delay the delivery of international orders. Such delays are not reflected in our estimated shipping times and are beyond our control. To ensure efficient handling of your international order, please be sure to include a local telephone number and email where you can be reached.

We currently don't ship orders to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. We ship internationally to all other countries!
SHIPPING RATES
Our shipping rates are kept low by distributing stock in our warehouses worldwide. If you are not in a hurry to receive your item, we will happily ship it to you for free. Otherwise, you may choose to upgrade to faster economy shipping for a small charge if that option is available.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing the tracking number along with the courier information for your package. Orders may be delivered via the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, some orders will be delivered by your local post office, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are unable to receive the package upon arrival, a notice may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

*In the event that any package is returned due to incomplete/incorrect addresses or the unavailability of a person to receive such package, there will be no re-shipping arrangement.
CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to customs or duty fees. These fees are not charged by us and are payable upon delivery. For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office. These fees cannot be refunded, as they are not charged by us.
